GOOD CLINICAL PRACTICE
GCP stands for Good Clinical Practice and is a complex, strictly regulated process, serving as a platform for coordinated interplay of ethical and scientific quality standards for the design, conduct, recording and reporting of clinical research involving the participation of human subjects. The controlled set-up of a functional quality management system is of high-importance for the approval by the authorities and a prerequisite for a successful implementation of each clinical study.
